About me

Hi, I’m Ed — an accredited transformative life and career coach based in London. Thanks for taking the time to look at my page. We rarely give ourselves the time and space to reflect on what we truly want. Coaching offers that opportunity — a chance to pause, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

Having experienced the power of coaching myself, I know how transformative it can be. Whether you're navigating a career transition, pursuing personal growth, or working toward a specific goal, I offer a non-directive, non-judgemental space where you can explore what matters most to you.

I hold a diploma in Transformative Coaching from Animas and have over three years of experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds. My coaching style is calm, curious, and collaborative. I support people to reflect on their strengths, values, and aspirations and to identify the next steps that feel right for them.

I have worked for over 15 years in international education and project management, including more than a decade of line management experience. I’m co-chair of our LGBTQ+ staff network and a UK-wide Climate Action group — roles that reflect my commitment to inclusion, sustainability, and meaningful change. I am also a volunteer mentor for young people where I regularly bring my coaching skills into play.
